You can also enroll in the additional class for wine, so you can have a better understanding of all the spirits you will be in contact with. They also offer a course in the interview process, so you can mater the technique of being able to comfortably do this process. When you graduate, they allow you to come back, for no charge and get a refresher course at their school.
