The oldest preparation of beer was traditionally prepared by using the process of starch and barley fermentation. The starch was extracted from barley and mixed with malt and water to make a mash. The spirit was then made vibrant with the help of addition of yeast and this is one of the world’s favorite beer brewing recipes down the ages.
